Christmas Countdown: 13 Books to Gift & to Giveaway!

This is it, my lovely readers!

I just celebrated my 4th month blogoversary recently, and since Christmas is just around the corner, what a better way to celebrate it than to giveaway books? YES WE ARE GIVING AWAY BOOKS! My friend, Precious of Fragments of Life and I have organized a 13-DAY BLOG EVENT which will feature upcoming as well as phenomenal YA authors whose books are perfect gifts for Christmas!

I present to you our event, Christmas Countdown : 13 Books to Gift for Christmas!

What is Christmas Countdown?

It's a joint blog event that will be hosted by Fragments of Life and Amaterasu Reads which will happen from December 13 to 24, 2010. Each day, we'll be featuring a book by posting a review and/or interview and a giveaway.

And it doesn't stop there! On the 25th! Yes, Christmas Day, we will have a prize pack giveaway that is OPEN INTERNATIONALLY! It'll be our gift to our readers for participating in the event and for taking the time to read the posts. :)

This Christmas Countdown aims:

1. To promote Young Adult books included in the event.
2. To introduce the authors to readers as writers who want to share lessons in life through books.
3. To encourage readers to gift a book this Christmas.
4. To start the act of giving books through giveaways.
5. To promote Filipina authors through giving away their books.
