Cover Reveal: Chain Reaction by Simone Elkeles

It's here! It's finally here!

I love the Perfect Chemistry series. I love Simone Elkeles. I will even swear my undying love for the Fuentes brothers (and Simone) if needed, to the whole wide world! So imagine how excited I was when I saw that the cover for the third book has been revealed! I guess Luis is following after his brother with that wet and sexy look, eh? It's a very steamy and very intriguing cover, if I may say so.

The third and last book of the series will be published on May 24th 2011 by Walker Books for Young Readers. I cannot wait for this!

Summary:

Luis Fuentes is a good boy who doesn't live with the angst that his big brothers, Alex and Carlos, have always lived with. Luis is smart, funny, and has big dreams of becoming an astronaut. But when he falls for the wrong girl, Luis enters a dark world he's never known, and just when he thinks he's got life all figured out, learns some disturbing news about his family that destroys his positive outlook on life. Will that Fuentes bad boy streak come out with a vengeance and lure Luis to live on the edge like his new girlfriend and his own father?

Continuing all the steamy romance of the first two books, New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Simone Elkeles gives fans one more satisfying taste of the irresistible Fuentes boys.

So what do you guys think of the cover? Share your thoughts! (Or spazz with me XD)

  1. I am really loving this cover! I'm looking forward to reading about Luis and I like the whole bad girl take in this one. Should be interesting. ;)

  2. I'm disappointed to see such blatant 'romance' in the YA market. There's already so much of it in the Adult book market, why do high schoolers need to read about it? What happened to the adventure, quest, even horror stuff teens used to love? Now it seems if there's no strong romance it won't sell. Too bad.
