I bought, read and reviewed Angelfall in my blog a few weeks ago and here's an excerpt if you are interested:
"Susan Ee presents the readers a new face of the apocalypse. Dangerous, dark to the point of hopelessness. The author was able to draw a dreadful and horrific landscape, a great backdrop for a great set of dynamic characters and very engaging storyline.
I can't really put it into this words but Angelfall is one of the best books I've read in 2011, hands down. It brought back my faith in self-published books, seeing how well-made this one is.
There's tons of action, spine-chilling scenes and heart aching romance. And the plot will just wow you into oblivion. Angelfall will sweep you into a tide of emotions, excitement, fear, hope, love. Susan Ee will make you feel a roller coaster of emotions as she takes you into one astounding ride of a story."

Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days #1) by Susan Ee
Add Angelfall to your Goodreads list!
It's been six weeks since angels of the apocalypse descended to demolish the modern world. Street gangs rule the day while fear and superstition rule the night. When warrior angels fly away with a helpless little girl, her seventeen-year-old sister Penryn will do anything to get her back.
Anything, including making a deal with an enemy angel.
Raffe is a warrior who lies broken and wingless on the street. After eons of fighting his own battles, he finds himself being rescued from a desperate situation by a half-starved teenage girl.
Traveling through a dark and twisted Northern California, they have only each other to rely on for survival. Together, they journey toward the angels' stronghold in San Francisco where she'll risk everything to rescue her sister and he'll put himself at the mercy of his greatest enemies for the chance to be made whole again.
You can buy the Angelfall ebook for $0.99 via Amazon or Barnes and Noble!

I think I'd like to be Clara from Unearthly! LOL, kidding. But I would really love to because she has two awesome guys vying for her and I would love to be in her place! Anyway, I think being Michael would be pretty awesome. Getting to lead an army and vanquish devils- a girl's dream. <3
ReplyDeleteIf i were an angel, i would surely be fallen ;)
ReplyDeleteI don't know which but i'd rather be like Arriane or Cameron from Fallen!
Unearthly is not bad as well.
I would be Gabriel! Courtney Moulton does a really good twist with angels in Angelfire, and I really like the angel Gabriel! :)
ReplyDeleteI would be the cool fallen angel off Supernatural, the one that threw away her grace and forgot who she was until the memories got her locked up.. wait, on second thought.. lol
ReplyDeleteI'd just be a regular angel...I don't think I would do anything to become "fallen".
ReplyDeleteUm, I guess I'd be Michael from the Bible because pretty much one of the most awesome angels ever. I guess.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure but I think I will be a good angel hehe
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure I would be a fallen angel, too hihi. Maybe Patch? :D
ReplyDeletehmm i'm pretty sure i'd be a fallen angel or more likely i'd be like daphne from the space between and would be half angel/half demon :P
ReplyDeleteif i was going to be all angel i'd want o be most like clara in unearthly except without having to choose between the guys :)
I would like to be a guardian angel of some sort, but I can't think of a single guardian angel right now! Any one would do I guess! lol Thanks for the awesome giveaway:)

Well, I went Googling...and what I read does not match the Angels of Supernatural, lol! I was going to say Castiel! ;-) Otherwise there's Kakable, Angel of the Moon, because he/she is in charge of the stars & constellations, or Ecanus, the Angel of Writers. There's a lot!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
I'd love to be one of the seraphim... although maybe not like the ones from Daughter of Smoke and Bone b/c while I think they are wicked cool and I could read about them forever, it sort of sounds miserable to BE one lol.
ReplyDeleteI would like to be Clara from Unearthly, because she has a specific task/purpose to complete. Plus there is Tucker and Christian, haha!
ReplyDeleteI would definitely by Clara from Unearthly. Love that book!
ReplyDeleteI'd be Castiel 'cause it's an Angel of thursday and I was born on thursday :)
ReplyDeleteIf I was an angel I would be myself with wings and angelic like...I think :)And I would definitley know Castiel!
ReplyDeleteI think I would be the angel Gabriel! Well, I was actually born on his day, Monday. And Gabriel is an entrusted archangel of God.
ReplyDeleteI think I´d be a guardian angel, because I hate to see people in pain and would love to have a real chanse to acually help
